Thomas J. Adams is the President and CEO of T. J. Adams & Associates and  T J A Staffing Services, Inc. Mr. Adams has over 20 years of senior management experience, holding such positions as Assistant to the Director of the Michigan Department of Public Health, Chief of the Division of HMO's for the Department of Public Health, Deputy Asst., Division Chief of Licensing and Certification, and Administrative Manager of Cardiovascular Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital to name a few.

He is affiliated with more than 20 community and civic organizations. Some of the more salient organizations include Board of Directors membership with-The Greater Detroit Area Health Council, The Catholic Youth Organization, The National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependency, Todd-Phillips Children's Home, and the Homes for Black Children. He also holds memberships in numerous other organizations such as the NAACP, Arab-American & Chaldean Council, National Association of Health Service Executives, 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit and the American Health Information Management Association.
